Clients’ Stories
I’ve been honored to work with some amazing families and am deeply grateful for their willingness to share their experiences. Scroll below and see what some of my previous clients had to say.

Jamie has helped me to completely change my life around. Before going to see her, it was hard for me to get through a single day with all stress and anxiety I was experiencing. My physical health was also being impacted by the trauma I had experienced and life was becoming unbearable. Thankfully to Jamie, and her insight and wisdom surrounding the narcissistic abuse and trauma recovery, I was able to release the things that had been holding me back, and the beliefs about myself that I had held onto for too long. She has helped me learn the tools to taking back my power, even throughout a high conflict custody case. She has helped me be the person I want to show up as, and I am in a place in my life now I never thought was possible before. I can enjoy life and look forward to the future, ad while Jamie would say I did the work, her help was invaluable and the amount of gratitude I have for her guidance is immeasurable.

Jamie is the real deal. I've seen several therapist, but I've never had a therapist like her, and I mean that in the best way. I used to have panic attacks every day, so bad I couldn't even drive to work. Since working with Jamie, I still get anxiety from time to time, but its much more manageable, and I'm feeling more like myself again.

I was skeptical to start therapy, because it hasn't been easy for me to open up. I had a fear of being judged, but Jamie made me feel comfortable, and she's easy to talk too. Since going to therapy, I've been able to work on my anger, self-esteem and relationship issues. I like her no nonse approach, and feel like I get something out of it every time.
